The Business Systems & Sales Analyst is responsible for delivering analytical support across various operational functions. This role includes detailed reporting, managing ongoing SAP integration operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also provide and work as sales support, manage customer service agreements (CSAs), and oversee other regulatory functions to ensure smooth operations within the department.

 

Your Mission

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, service contracts, and overall operations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within supply chain and inventory management processes.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of SAP across the organisation.
  • Serve as the primary SAP user from a front-end/business perspective.
  • Manage product pricing and collaborate with the sales manager on pricing for new products.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Monitor and analyse service contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of service contracts, highlighting any risks or opportunities for renegotiation.
  • Proactively expand the CSA portfolio.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure all contracts are current and aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure service contract commitments are maintained throughout the life of each contract.
  • Provide regular service contract customer reports as required
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Act as a backup for regulatory functions, ensuring all requirements are met in the absence of the primary regulatory lead.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, quoting, invoicing, and other sales-related activities as needed.
  • Help prepare sales reports and analytics to support the strategic initiatives of the sales team, including providing monthly sales analytical reports
  • Provide backup for demand planning in the absence of the primary regulatory lead
  • Work effectively and collaboratively within the operations team.
  • Be adaptable and willing to learn about the broader responsibilities of the Operations team

Your Talents

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, degree in supply chain logistics, operations or business management is preferred
  • More than 5 years in logistics, operations or supply chain management
  • Experience in medical devices is preferred
  • Proficient in the use of ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office software and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • An excellent communicator.
