About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who acts as a strategic talent partner and trusted advisor. This role goes beyond filling positions; you will shape roles, build pipelines, and influence hiring decisions that align with our business priorities. Your expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategy will be vital to attracting elite talent for a diverse portfolio of roles, including complex and hard-to-fill positions.
This is a key position to help us deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and create an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What You’ll Do
- Advise leaders on role design, labor market insights, and hiring strategies, thinking both strategically and operationally.
- Coach and guide hiring managers to champion effective, fair, and timely hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create customized recruitment plans.
- Develop and lead innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active top talent.
- Conduct structured candidate assessments and lead post-interview calibrations to ensure alignment and quality hires.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data using SuccessFactors and other tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to complement recruiting efforts.
- Maintain an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout every step of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Own recruitment process excellence, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment, ideally managing complex roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Mastery in ATS platforms, especially SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions efficiently in a high-paced, results-driven setting.
- Expertise in sourcing passive talent, relationship building, and influencing hiring managers.
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to balance the needs of candidates and the business.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability—ready to learn, innovate, and share new ideas.
What Will Make You Successful
- Although not required, experience with engineering, manufacturing and/or med device recruitment experience will distinguish candidates.
- You see yourself as an Exceptional Talent Advisor, shaping roles with hiring teams rather than just filling them.
- You embrace an Ownership Mindset, feeling accountable for hiring outcomes, not just activity.
- You possess Elite Sourcing Capabilities, knowing exactly where and how to find top talent, including passive candidates.
- You demonstrate Operational Excellence and Speed, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and timely.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently, making strategic decisions with confidence.
