This highly engaging opportunity allows you to help shape the future of KSUS’s Compliance Program. You will drive innovative processes and technologies to implement and manage compliance policies, procedures, and training across the organization, aligning business activities with key legal and regulatory standards.

 

What You'll Do 

 

  • Lead the development and execution of KSUS Compliance policies, tools, and procedures.
  • Act as a policy expert, providing guidance to business partners and Compliance team members.
  • Use technology to implement cutting-edge compliance tools and embed compliance into digital platforms.
  • Manage the drafting, updating, and maintenance of compliance policies.
  • Support the development of the Compliance Training Program and provide training as needed.
  • Serve as a key resource for employees with compliance-related questions and ensure cross-functional integration.

What You Bring 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, JD) or certifications (CHC, CCEP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience managing compliance policies, ideally in life sciences or medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws (False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments and demonstrate sound judgment.
