About the Role

KARL STORZ is seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst to serve as a strategic partner between Human Resources and Information Technology, driving enterprise-wide initiatives within our HR systems landscape. This role plays a key part in advancing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Learning Management System (LMS), while ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business objectives.

The IT Senior Analyst will lead complex projects, collaborate with global stakeholders, influence technology strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance HR processes and employee experiences across the organization.

This position is based in Auburn, MA with a compensation range of $101,800 - $145,000.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with HR business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for critical HR processes and system enhancements.
  • Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong focus on Employee Central and LMS.
  • Lead enterprise-level HR technology initiatives, including large-scale and international SuccessFactors rollout projects.
  • Collaborate with integration teams on SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite projects and related system interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection regulations, and internal governance requirements.
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in business analysis, solution design, and process improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, HR systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technology solutions in partnership with HR stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite and HR systems integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of IT security standards, governance practices, and data protection requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
  • Experience with enterprise portfolio management, demand management, or process transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, or data-driven decision support tools.
