Join Karl Storz as a Training Specialist (Logistics Center Trainer) and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies. In this dynamic position, you will train Warehouse Associates to ensure their work meets our high standards and best practices.
Shift: 6 AM EST – 2:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Design and implement training aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assess training effectiveness through VOC data, audits, KPIs, and leadership feedback.
- Collaborate with Logistics Center Leadership to prioritize training needs.
- Spend 90% of your time providing hands-on coaching on the floor.
- Update training materials regularly and engage in process improvement initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in training within Manufacturing, Logistics, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Exceptional time management, adaptability, and a positive, motivational approach.
- Languages: Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
