Join Karl Storz as a Training Specialist (Logistics Center Trainer) and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies. In this dynamic position, you will train Warehouse Associates to ensure their work meets our high standards and best practices.

 

Shift: 6 AM EST – 2:30 PM EST

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Design and implement training aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assess training effectiveness through VOC data, audits, KPIs, and leadership feedback.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Center Leadership to prioritize training needs.
  • Spend 90% of your time providing hands-on coaching on the floor.
  • Update training materials regularly and engage in process improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in training within Manufacturing, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Exceptional time management, adaptability, and a positive, motivational approach.
  • Languages: Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
