Logistics Center Trainer II

Join Karl Storz as a Logistics Center Trainer and play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies. In this role, you'll train Warehouse Associates, ensuring their work aligns with our standards and best practices. You'll be responsible for teaching processes, systems, and cultural responsibilities while evaluating training effectiveness.
Shift – 6 AM EST – 2:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training and cross-training, ensuring all documentation is current.
- Design and implement training activities aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assess training effectiveness using VOC data, audits, KPIs, and leadership feedback.
- Collaborate with Logistics Center Leadership to prioritize training needs.
- Spend 90% of your time providing hands-on training and coaching on the floor.
- Regularly update training materials and participate in process improvement initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in training within Manufacturing, Logistics, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and detail orientation.
- Attributes: Exceptional time management, adaptability, and a positive, motivational approach.
- Languages: Multi-lingual skills are highly valued.
