About the Role
The Logistics Center Associate I- Warehousing plays an important role in supporting the daily movement, storage, and processing of materials within our Logistics Center. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
As a member of our Logistics team, you will support inventory and order fulfillment activities, execute fundamental SAP transactions, and help ensure products are received, stocked, picked, and shipped accurately. You will also contribute to our LEAN culture by identifying opportunities for improvement and helping maintain operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Execute 6S checklists to ensure workstations are organized and equipped with the tools needed to perform assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team meetings and contributing process improvement ideas.
- Complete daily assignments and operational tasks as directed by leadership.
- Use warehouse technology, including computers and scanning devices, to perform stocking, inventory, and order-picking activities.
- Validate product and order accuracy before materials are stocked or released for shipment.
- Follow established work instructions, policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with teammates and business partners.
- Receive feedback constructively and apply learning opportunities to support professional development.
- Learn and operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other equipment as training is provided.
- Support operational goals related to service levels, productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-1 year of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, shipping, dock operations, or a related environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse systems and applications.
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of warehouse, receiving, shipping, or dock experience.
- Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Experience participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, pull, push, and move throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Frequently use warehouse ladders to access inventory locations.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment following training and certification requirements.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment while maintaining productivity standards.
