Logistics Center Associate II- Customer Returns

We are seeking a Logistics Center Associate II to join our team and support our LEAN-driven logistics operations. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with SAP experience and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM EST
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer returns in SAP according to quality standards

Reprocess medical devices including instruments, telescopes, and electromechanical equipment

Participate in LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S, audits, visual controls, etc.)

Cross-train within other areas of the Customer Returns Department

Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and ladders
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
SAP experience required
-
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule (including OT and Saturdays)

Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs (with assistance), push/pull up to 320 lbs, and perform warehouse tasks
