We are seeking a Logistics Center Associate II to join our team and support our LEAN-driven logistics operations. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with SAP experience and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

 

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM EST

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer returns in SAP according to quality standards

  • Reprocess medical devices including instruments, telescopes, and electromechanical equipment

  • Participate in LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S, audits, visual controls, etc.)

  • Cross-train within other areas of the Customer Returns Department

  • Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and ladders

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • SAP experience required

  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule (including OT and Saturdays)

  • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs (with assistance), push/pull up to 320 lbs, and perform warehouse tasks
