About the Role

The Logistics Center Associate I – Product Evaluation plays a key role in supporting the efficient processing and evaluation of medical devices within our Logistics Center. This position is responsible for handling, inspecting, and processing electro-mechanical medical devices while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. Working within a collaborative, LEAN-driven environment, you will utilize established procedures and SAP transactions to ensure products are accurately received, evaluated, updated, and prepared for the next stage of the product lifecycle.

 

This position is based onsite within our Logistics Center and requires adherence to established safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement standards.

 

The scheduled shift for this role is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

 

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and process electro-mechanical medical devices received by the Product Evaluation department following established work instructions.
  • Verify device information, including part numbers and serial numbers, against accompanying documentation and SAP records to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform software updates and configuration activities on designated medical devices as required.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and compliance while processing products.
  • Support departmental operations by cross-training and providing coverage across multiple Product Evaluation functions when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

 

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, processes, and supervisor direction with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Nice to Have

  • Previous SAP experience.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or product evaluation environment.
  • Familiarity with medical devices or regulated industry processes.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, walk, reach, grasp, pack, lift, pull, and push throughout the workday.
  • Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift 30–75 pounds with assistance.
  • Occasionally push or pull up to 320 pounds on casters with assistance.
  • Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
  • Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
  • Ability to use standard office and warehouse equipment, including computers and copiers.
