KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to join our dynamic Logistics Center team. In this role, you will support critical material handling and returns processing operations that keep our business—and our customers—running smoothly. You’ll work closely with SAP systems, handle customer returns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams—all while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail
- Investigate and resolve issues related to returns and follow up to completion
- Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes
- Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed
- Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP systems
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands‑on position. Candidates must be able to:
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack
- Perform frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grabbing
- Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving
