The Inventory Slotting Coordinator ensures the integrity and accuracy of all inventories, supporting the full product life cycle. This role is critical in optimizing storage solutions based on current and forecasted demand, leveraging analytical expertise to define slotting strategies, and collaborating with leadership to achieve desired business outcomes.

 

Hours: 9AM-5:30PM

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze inventory data to identify and implement optimal storage strategies (ABC Analysis, cube movement, SKU affinity, etc.).
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations based on data findings.
  • Partner with leadership to monitor progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and manage independent or team-based projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Utilize WMS systems like SAP to manage and optimize inventory processes.
  • Maintain a collaborative and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or production.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau).
  • Experience with SAP or other WMS systems.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with KARL STORZ or other medical device products.
  • Ability to operate power equipment.
