HRIS Coordinator
Are you energized by clean data, efficient processes, and HR systems that just work? We’re looking for an HRIS Coordinator who enjoys navigating multiple systems, spotting patterns in data, and ensuring employee information is accurate, secure, and actionable.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams to support the full employee lifecycle—while playing a key part in payroll accuracy, system improvements, and reporting insights.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and audit employee data across multiple HR and payroll systems
- Support onboarding, employee movements, and pay changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Serve as a liaison between HR and Payroll, ensuring smooth and compliant pay processes
- Design, generate, and analyze standard and ad‑hoc HR reports
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process or system improvements
- Support HRIS upgrades, testing, and new system implementations
- Train users and create clear documentation, guides, and job aids
- Provide day‑to‑day technical and administrative HRIS support
What You Bring
- 4+ years of data administration experience, including 2+ years working with HR and/or payroll data
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and data governance best practices
- Intermediate Excel skills (advanced preferred) with comfort working in spreadsheets and reports
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate both automated and manual processes
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and data accuracy
- Clear, collaborative communication style and sound judgment with sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of HRIS experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or UKG Dimensions
- Background working in a shared services or tiered HR support model
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
