Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales performance and meeting revenue objectives within an assigned territory. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building long-term customer partnerships, and operating in alignment with KARL STORZ Company Values. This indivual will cover the following specialities: Urology/Gynecology, Surgical, Head & Neck and Airway. The geogrpahy covered included the Southwest Ontario area with an emphasis on London. Will cover as far south as Windsor.
Target Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 CAD
Location: Southwest Ontario (Hybrid/Territory-Based)

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to support and grow all four of our specialities.
The successful candidate must reside in or around London, Ontario.
This role provides a guaranteed base salary, plus commission, bonus, full benefits and expense reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with the commission plan.
- Expand market share across all specialties by increasing penetration and adoption of KARL STORZ product and service solutions.
- Strengthen solution-based selling capabilities to establish sustainable market leadership, including service offerings.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to Sales Management, outlining achievements, progress toward goals, key activities, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing teams, and customers to develop and implement innovative strategies, solutions, and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts, staying informed on industry trends and market challenges.
- Develop winning proposal strategies that emphasize value while protecting or improving gross margins; collaborate with management for final approvals.
- Partner with customer support and training teams to ensure customers receive comprehensive service and education.
- Foster employee engagement by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives and support professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct medical device sales experience; experience in endoscopy, imaging, or medical technology is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the medical device and healthcare industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory and internationally, as required.
