To strengthen our Global HR Learning & Development area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
Learning Experience & Technology Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • You provide troubleshooting to users, trainers and administrators in the learning management system (LMS)
  • You monitor the LMS in close cooperation with the IT department
  • You support instructional designers and instructional technicians with technical issues in the LMS
  • You collaborate with IT for administration of the system, including software updates, releases, and interfaces
  • You create standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis of LMS usage
  • You support trainers, training administrators and learning experience designers in creating training elements, training plans, programs, surveys, and reports in the LMS
  • You manage and support the Global LMS Training Administrator Community
  • You facilitate the LMS Training Administrator Qualification and Access Process
  • You maintain and update training content for LMS Training Administrators
  • You create and maintain intranet communication for the Training Administrator Community
Your profile:
  • You have completed training or studies in the IT environment
  • You have training or have already gained experience in educational science professions with a focus on adult education
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a support and service role
  • You are familiar with Articulate 360, SCORM & AICC as well as HTML
  • You also have knowledge in LMS Administration & Troubleshooting and SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • Your German and English skills are very good
