To strengthen our Technical & Aftersales Services team in the Global Sales & Marketing area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Processing and tracking of technical customer service cases in the product area of KARL STORZ Software (second level, mainly remote)
- Reproduction of customer inquiries (simulation & usage of knowledge database)
- Technical maintenance of articles concerning software products in the knowledge database
- Support in software development projects
- Interface between customer, software integration and sales teams
- Participation in the creation, coordination and execution of trainings with customers, distribution partners and colleagues
- Possibility to work in full remote mode
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the IT environment, e.g. IT specialist for system integration or a comparable certification. Lateral entrants are also welcome
- Experience in the Healthcare IT is of advantage
- Strong customer orientation, team spirit and communication skills plus an organisational talent and service-oriented working style is required
- Deep understanding of Information Technology and interest in digital challenges is needed
- Very strong spoken and written command of the English language necessary.
- Additional language skills are preferred
- Interest to work with international teams
