To strengthen our Global Sales & Marketing area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
Commercial Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Up to 100% remote work possible (if you are living outside of the Tuttlingen area).

Your tasks:
  • Help shape the approach of our commercial strategy with senior leadership from headquarters and commercial regions to maximize short-term and long-term value delivery  
  • Lead and support a wide range of strategic projects by structuring complex business problems, synthesizing relevant data, and delivering recommendations. Examples of projects include enhancing our pricing strategies, developing new service solutions, expanding to new customer / market segments, and developing new sales channels.  
  • Provide leadership and guidance to initiative owners to develop and execute roadmaps  
  • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information, conduct detailed financial / data analysis, and drive effective communication 
  • Provide insights and present regular updates to senior leaders across the company  
Your profile:
  • Master’s Degree; MBA or PhD preferred with advanced business management knowledge  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent within strategy or business development group  
  • Strong financial and analytical skills including the ability to identify and define problems, collect and analyze data, and develop conclusions
  • Experience working and navigating a multinational company; MedTech experience a bonus    
  • Ability to lead projects and handle multiple tasks independently and effectively  
  • Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset that can work efficiently under deadlines 
  • Fluent in English; German and any other languages a bonus  
  • Based in Europe (remote work / home office an option); open to travel frequently to company HQ in Tuttlingen and to commercial regions as needed
