To strengthen our Global Revenue Operations team at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
Up to 100% remote work possible (if you are living outside of the Tuttlingen area).
- Work as part of the global pricing team shaping and implementing pricing and monetization strategy, price setting, execution and governance for existing and new products, software and services
- Act as subject matter expert and key contact for all pricing related topics and consult on new product pricing during the product development process
- Responsible for local, regional and global pricing optimization projects with respect to value-based pricing as well as price steering (incl. target & floor pricing) in close alignment with commercial regions and global Marketing
- Lead pricing activities and support regional sales teams to execute pricing
- Responsible for performing variance, trend and root cause analyses to uncover potential in pricing
- Execution of business case calculations and customer evaluations
Identification of potential measures to increase productivity within the team and their operational implementation - Support leadership by preparing presentations of analytical results and recommendations
- Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree with focus on sales controlling, business intelligence or comparable studies
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a pricing analyst, manager, consultant or expert
- Pricing expertise incl. quantitative and qualitative market research, matrix of competitive advantages, price value map, discount frameworks, van westendorp method, willingness-to-pay and price models
- Pricing experience for software products, single-use products and/or value-added-services in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Knowledge in change management and project execution, effectively managing simultaneous work streams and a variety of stakeholders is an advantage
- Fun and enthusiasm for innovative and modern pricing approaches to the topic of data analysis as a team and to think data further, derive questions and solve problems
- SAP, Tableau, SAC, Qlik View, Salesforce and VBA knowledge is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills, other language skills an advantage
