To strengthen our Business Model Design team in the Global Sales & Marketing area, we are looking for a 
   
Up to 100% remote work possible (if you are living outside of the Tuttlingen area).
 

• Design, develop, implement, and manage innovative business models for new and existing products and services
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and apply human-centered and agile frameworks, creativity, and management methods
• Define the field of opportunities and scope for new business model options, and iteratively test and refine them
• Prepare operative blueprints by designing e.g. sales, marketing, pricing and operational structures needed for commercialization
• Develop strategies and methods to make long-term innovation topics and disruptive business approaches measurable at an early stage (e.g. hypotheses, KPIs, scenario techniques, simulations)
• Design and facilitate workshops and sprint formats with multi-disciplinary teams

 

• Successfully completed technical or business studies 
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of service design and/or venture building, strategy development, business development or experience with establishing a product idea on the market
• Practical experience in project management and in the application of methods and frameworks such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, SCRUM, Service Design, sprint / workshop conception and moderation
• Structured, independent work and systematic, analytical, and interdisciplinary thinking skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, Tableau, Qlik View, Salesforce
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, further language skills are an advantage
