To strengthen our Commercial Insights Team within our Global Sales & Marketing area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
- Enable and continuously improve efficient and realistic cost center and headcount planning within our Global Sales & Marketing function
- Set-up monitoring instruments and processes to enable controlling of overheads, costs and expenses and thereby identifying potential saving areas
- Take necessary actions to address and exploit identified saving potentials
- Work closely with our stakeholders to understand the organizational structures, trends, and implications for planning
- Generate insights to elaborate realistic targets for cost center planning
- Support global sales planning
- Support and enable global commercial projects
- Ideally, degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics, or related work experience
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs etc.
- Advanced SAP experience
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (or related tools)
- Strong analytical thinking skills, process- and solution-oriented way of working
- Thriving in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
- Ability to identify potential saving areas and subsequently derive action items and decision-making
- Autonomous working style
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
