Digital Learning Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Independent realization of film productions and online training events
- Target group-oriented, didactic media production with visual presentation of learning content
- Animation and editing of media content (image processing and video postproduction)
- Support for projects and contact persons for both internal and external clients
- Development and implementation of scripts
- Creative project planning and implementation
- Support in the implementation of digital learning content and strategies
- Development of new digital learning concepts (gamification, VR/AR, etc.) and e-learning content in close cooperation with experts
- Evaluation and definition of technical frameworks that support the implementation of media content/projects
Your profile:
- A degree in media education, media and educational management, media pedagogy, video/studio production and multimedia documentation or equivalent course of study
- Strong conceptual/textual/didactic skills and a talent for preparing specialist information for specific target groups
- Experience in the conception and implementation of complex video and studio productions as well as online training events desirable
- Proficiency in the use of studio broadcasting tools (OBS Studio, VDO Ninja, NDI) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, AfterEffects, etc.) desirable
- Experience in digital sound and video editing as well as the use of authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.)
- Customer-oriented approach, ability to work under pressure and team spirit
- Programming skills desirable (JavaScript, HTML, Blender, Unreal Engine, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
