Your Mission 

  • Provide 3rd level technical product support for the KARL STORZ product portfolio to our main target group . KARL STORZ subsidiaries and distribution partners globally
  • Participation in the Global Product Development Process (GPDP) for maintenance related activities 
  • Preparation and creation of technical documentation (Service & Maintenance Manuals) for new and exsisting KARL STORZ products 
  • Support Global Marketing with the phase-in and launch of new KARL STORZ products
  • Management of phase-out and end of service of KARL STORZ products 
  • Creation and support of service technician trainings relating to KARL STORZ products, in collaboration with Training and Education 
  • Any other duties assigned by the T&AS leadership team

 

Your Talent

  • Education in the field of Business/Service Management, Service Development or Technical Services 
  • Minimum of 3 Years experience in a Product/Service Management or Service Development position, or in customer-facing positions, such as Service Sales Rep or Technician 
  • Minimum os 2 Years experience in the Medical Device or an related Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
  • Have a customer- oriented mindset, but also commercial and businesslike approach to technical and aftersales services
  • Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision 
  • English (fluent spoken and written)
