Your Mission
- As part of Technical Marketing, your focus will be on supporting the development of new services that generate overarching added value for our products in the KARL STORZ portfolio
- To achieve this, you will be responsible for identifying customer/market needs in order to support the development of our Value Added Services (VAS) business
- This includes not only collecting and evaluating insights from the customer together with experts from Business Model Design and Sales Enablement, but also working closely with our international subsidiaries to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals - on the complete journey from acquisition to customer retention
- You are responsible for the branding strategy for service solutions, making sure it is consistent with the corporate branding
- With different teams, you shape the vision, strategy and direction of Value Added Services, define, drive and analyze their goals and operational metrics and also shape the business models of your services and identify their biggest risks and opportunities
- The holistic planning and creation of marketing campaigns supporting the implementation of VAS is also in your responsibility
- You will actively support the organization in identifying and qualifying leads for VAS and turning them into opportunities
Your Talents
- Several years of professional experience as a Service Marketing Manager with proven success in the implementation and continuous development of various services
- Strong expertise and deep understanding in the design and development of complex services and therefore the understanding of interdependencies of different topics, teams and departments and to keep the resulting dependencies under control at all times
- Routine in dealing with qualitative and quantitative data in order to be able to make informed decisions
- Strong focus on the customer and on an impact-based mindset
- Excellent discovery skills and an analytical approach when it comes to making the right decisions that will make the service a success
- Creativity and strive to come up with innovative marketing ideas that make a difference
- Outstanding communication skills across teams and hierarchies and comfortableness in writing and speaking to align with diverse stakeholders and communicate service decisions
- Structured, organized, and results-oriented working method, and ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
