Regional Service Solutions Assistant Manager

Your Mission

  • Support to develop and train for regional solutions for post sales activities for direct and indirect markets.
  • Monitor and identify opportunities market/competitor/internal trends of service in regional level.
  • Work with team to identify and implement improvements areas for post sales activities such as Installation, Periodical Maintenance, Troubleshooting
  • Analyse service infrastructure and support to implement harmonization of the existing service products, considering country-specific requirements.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with business partners to consistently address service gaps and maintain customer satisfaction for post sales activities in accordance to business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including service and marketing teams, to drive ongoing service launch process enhancements solutions.
  • Work closely with the leads of the product marketing group and digital marketing & commercial excellence group to define the overall marketing strategy and marketing plan for the region for new and existing products.

 

 

Your Talents

  • Minimum with degree in Engineer/ Marketing/Business or relevant studies and working experience
  • 2-3 years of sales / technical service / business service solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to work with various stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Project management skills needed to manage interdisciplinary ad-hoc and team projects
  • Proven track record to conceptualize, communicate and execute strategies with a keen focus on commercial viability
  • Quantitative and qualitative data crunching & data analysis
  • Customer centric mindset: passionate about solving Customers problems and qualify their needs, high level of integration mindset.
  • Prior experience working in regional role in medical industry is a plus
