As an OR1 Network Support Specialist you will provide technical support for field-based OR1 operations and external customers, ensuring optimal function of network-based operating room systems. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, system planning, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve critical service issues. Support is delivered via phone, remote access, or on-site visits.

 

What You will Be Doing: 

 

  • Provide technical support for OR1 systems, including network troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
  • Interface with customers to deliver training, technical assistance, and software maintenance.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of audio, video, control, and network signals.
  • Adhere to project timelines and service protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quality reports.
  • Identify and communicate potential process improvements.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Experience: 2+ years in troubleshooting complex electronic media systems and network devices.
  • Education: AA/AS in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in AV systems, Windows server environments, IT infrastructure, and network topology.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, customer service focus, and attention to detail. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

  • CompTIA A+ or CTS certifications. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively and meet hospital credentialing requirements.
