Your Mission
- You are responsible for Engineering Change Management at KARL STORZ
- You monitor and review the submitted Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- You work closely with global departments to track ECRs and document the corresponding evidence
- You will support the ECM team with suggestions and potential solutions to optimise future ECM systems and processes
- You are an integral part of change management in global projects with various departments at KARL STORZ locations worldwide
- You support audits and CAPAs
Your Talents
- Completed technical training with further training as a bachelor professional or technical studies
- Successfully implemented projects in a regulated environment
- Professional experience in change, risk or quality management
- Knowledge of current standards in medical technology (e.g. ISO 13485)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Business fluent in German and English
