Your leadership impact:

 

Lead High-Profile Investigations: Take charge of critical investigations, utilizing advanced analytics and cutting-edge tools to uncover fraud, waste, abuse, and noncompliance, and set the course for corrective actions.

Set the Strategic Vision: Use insights from investigations and other compliance data analysis to guide company-wide risk management initiatives to help develop and refine our compliance strategy.

Drive Organizational Change: Work with cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of scalable compliance solutions, making a direct impact on the organization’s success and integrity.

Mentor and Guide Teams: Serve as a key leader, not only within the compliance function but across the organization, coaching teams to adopt best practices in data analysis, risk assessment, and investigation techniques.

Shape the Future with Data: Leverage your expertise to build data pipelines, predictive models, and monitoring tools that help the company proactively identify risks and stay ahead of emerging trends.

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees (MBA, MS, JD) and certifications (CFE, CHC, CCEP) are highly desirable.
  • 9+ years of experience in managing complex investigations, with a focus on healthcare compliance, fraud, or white-collar crime.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leaders, and presenting clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis, storytelling, and the ability to turn complex findings into compelling recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Expertise in utilizing data analytics platforms (PowerBI, SQL) and incident management systems to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to foster a culture of integrity, respect, and confidentiality while navigating sensitive investigations.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture, anticipate risks, and lead the organization toward long-term compliance success.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
