We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion (Ad Promo) Coordinator to manage our Advertising and Promotion review process. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you'll oversee the timely and compliant review of promotional materials, provide continuous education to applicable stakeholders, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Ad Promo review and approval process, guiding stakeholders through intake, review, and approval
- Stay current on industry regulations and educate stakeholders on requirements
- Review and revise policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the Ad Promo Review Committee for alignment and continuous improvements
- Maintain AD Promo review documentation/files in established designated repository, ensuring current revisions are available
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Life Science company in a Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) role or related experience
- High School Diploma or related Quality certifications
- Proficient in Marketing technology used in the Life Science MLR review process (e.g., VEEVA, PromoMats, Adobe, AEM, Workfront) and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of Advertising and Promotion requirements set forth in all US FDA regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance experience in the medical device industry
- Proven project management skills
