You will drive the success of Operating Room (OR1) installation projects, ensuring they not only meet but exceed customer expectations while enhancing patient outcomes.  

 

You will manage a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, guiding them to ensure that every installation is seamless, profitable, and leaves customers more than satisfied.

What you will be doing:

 

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales process to align customer deliverables and ensure project profitability.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of OR1 installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement a “Customer Success Centric” installation process, with auditable metrics to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring best-in-class communication and post-installation feedback to enhance future projects.
  • People Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 40-50 Customer Success Managers, aligning their skills with current and future market needs.

 

What You Bring 

 

  • 10+ years in consulting, project management, or program delivery, with at least 20 direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Must meet hospital credentialing requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities; adept at navigating complex, matrixed environments.
  • Expertise in AV and control systems, cable terminations, and medical device installations is preferred.
