What You will Be Doing:

 

Leadership & Team Development:

 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set measurable goals and hold the team accountable for market share growth.
  • Drive collaboration across global and local markets to align strategies.

Marketing & Strategy Execution:

 

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for clinical portfolios.
  • Identify key customer insights and translate them into product concepts.
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies for capital equipment, disposable products, and software.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to create tailored revenue generation models.

Customer & Market Understanding:

 

  • Stay at the forefront of trends in surgery, including robotic surgery, AI/ML, and fluorescence-guided techniques.
  • Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of portfolio positioning and identify opportunity gaps to drive growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

 

  • Work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, Product Development, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
  • Regularly engage with customers to ensure marketing strategies meet evolving needs and market conditions.

People Development:

 

  • Attract, retain, and mentor top marketing talent.
  • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and competencies.

What You Bring:

 

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in medical device marketing, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success managing a multi-disciplinary team and driving market growth.
  • Strong experience with capital equipment, single-use products, and developing associated revenue models.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in robotic surgery and technical market segments.
  • Familiarity with global marketing strategies and trends in surgical technology.
