Join KARLSTORZ as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing facilities, supporting employees, and handling various administrative tasks to maintain an efficient and safe workplace. You'll work closely with the Manager of Facility & Equipment Maintenance and contribute to various business functions including visitor management, employee support, and project management.

 

Hours - 8 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor and Call Management: Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and handle multi-line telephone systems efficiently.
  • Facility and Employee Support: Coordinate conference room bookings, IT ticket facilitation, and office moves. Ensure all facilities are maintained and support onboarding processes.
  • Administrative Duties: Update check-in systems, manage Wi-Fi issuance, assist with Service Awards, and support business continuity management.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to safety regulations, report violations, and follow ISO and FDA quality system requirements.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in administrative or office support roles, with experience in high-traffic environments.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and multi-line phone systems. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle various tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
