Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for procurement? Join the Karl Storz Organization as a Purchasing Coordinator, where you'll provide vital administrative support and purchasing assistance for both Direct and Indirect Spend activities. You will manage procurement tasks related to services and supplies across our Auburn, El Segundo, and KSEA / KSNA regional offices, with opportunities for growth aligned with your skills and experience. This role also involves managing Vendor Master Data, including vendor enrollment and maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute reports using SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain supplier files and update vendor information for various reporting needs.
  • Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs), addressing discrepancies.
  • Plan inventory for supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and document procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
