To strengthen our team in the Digital Services & Solutions area at our Berlin (or Tuttlingen) location, we are looking for a
   

• Independent coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary and international development teams in an agile environment
• Responsibility for project planning, project control and schedule adherence as well as budget control until successful project completion
• Communication and presentation of results to senior management and other teams within KARL STORZ
• Responsibility for documentation from requirements capture through configuration management to release management based on internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Further development and continuous improvement of internal processes

 

• Successful completion of a degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
• Several years of experience in international project management in technology-driven industries, medical technology desirable
• Certification in project management (IPMA/PMI) an advantage
• Goal-oriented, pragmatic approach with experience in agile product development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as strong organizational skills
• High degree of independence, ability to work in a team and willingness to make decisions
• Interest in working in international teams and the associated willingness to travel
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
