To strengthen our Global Innovation Management area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
   

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the FPGA team
• Further development of the team regarding technologies and processes
• International coordination with management of the FPGA development department
• Oversee the development and documentation of FPGA components and systems in accordance with the global product development process
• Ensuring the quality and efficiency of the FPGA work results
• Track and monitor the performance of the development projects in terms of quality, cost and schedule, including budget responsibility for the area

 

• 3 years in FPGA development desired
• 3 years of work in an international product development environment desired
• 1 year functional project management experience (with functional responsibility for team members) desired
• Very good knowledge of using (System) Verilog for the implementation and verification of FPGA designs
• Video processing experience desirable
• Expertise in C and C++ • Independent and structured way of working
• Commitment and enjoyment of international teamwork
• Communication skills as well as assertiveness, team and conflict skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
