Financial Planning & Controlling Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
  • To play an active role in managing global financial planning and forecasting
  • To identify key business drivers and integrate these into global financial planning and forecasting processes
  • To prepare internal management reporting and commentaries on the most important factors for deviations
  • To perform deviation analyses as regards the budget and previous periods
  • To monitor performance aspects at the global level and within the organization
  • To identify opportunities to improve performance and to develop and evaluate measures to improve business results in cooperation with business partners
  • To perform an analysis of complex financial and operational information from a variety of sources in order to provide management with accurate and timely recommendations for decision-making
  • To develop financial models, to implement sensitivity analyses, and to formulate various scenarios in order to determine the financial impact of specific events
  • To support business partners with analyses for decision support, ad-hoc analyses and other controlling aspects
Your profile:
  • University degree equivalent qualification in the areas of Finance or Business Studies
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Finance/Controlling/FP&A preferable; international experience is an asset
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Sound knowledge of financial planning and forecasting
  • Proven experience in financial modeling
  • Independent, structured, results- and solution-oriented way of working
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player with lifelong learning attitude
  • Proactive way of working and high level of commitment
  • Affinity with transnational and cross-cultural work
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
