To strengthen our Digital Services & Solutions team in the Global Innovation Management area at our Tuttlingen or Berlin location, we are looking for a
   

• Program management for the global digital transformation of medical devices to coordinate various sub-projects
• Work with product portfolio managers to plan, maintain and execute device digital transformation roadmap
• Drive communication on progress to senior management and broader teams within KARL STORZ
• Visualize & showcase activities in ways that allows collaborators at various levels to stay connected
• Management of change requests, dependencies, quality and risks
• Multi-disciplinary collaboration with team members from various KARL STORZ departments at different locations in Europe and the U.S.
• Further development and continuous improvement of internal process

 

• Education in the field of information technology and ideally further education in the field of business administration
• Proven track record in the management of interdisciplinary programs and projects in the field of digital transformation with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational details, preferably with budget responsibility
• Professional experience in stakeholder management
• Goal-oriented, pragmatic approach with experience in agile product development
• Profound analytical skills with the ability to problem solving and stay on top of a constantly evolving portfolio of activities
• High level of interpersonal skills, resilience and initiative
• Assertiveness, commitment, adaptability, ability to work in a team
• Business fluent in English and German
