Business Model Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- As a Business Model Designer, you will develop, design, implement and control innovative business models for new and existing products and services
- Identification of important business potentials, definition of strategies and derivation of business models
- Identification of required resources, activities and partners as well as solutions and business approaches based on trends, market and technology observation, startup scouting, etc
- Creation and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative user research
- Quantification of the market potential of new and existing products and services in cooperation with other departments, teams and especially market experts
- Preparation of measures for the market launch of new products and services
- Conception and implementation of workshop and sprint formats to increase the probability of success of innovative business models
- Identification of the most important value drivers and creation of business cases to quantify key figures
- Identify potential obstacles and challenges that hinder the success of a new product or service and find creative ways to overcome them
- Further development and responsibility of the process for the development and implementation of business models in and outside the team
- Development of strategies and methods to make long-term innovation topics and disruptive business approaches measurable at an early stage (e.g., through scenario techniques, simulations, hypotheses, KPIs, etc.)
- Support the team in the development of digital tools and thus act as a "think tank" to transfer KS knowledge and proven methods to new markets and scale innovative solutions
- In this way, promote the company's success by developing profitable, sustainable and customer-oriented end-to-end customer models
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical or business studies
- Academic background or comparable work experience in the fields of business, innovation, design or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of strategy/organizational development, portfolio development and/or service design
- Ideally, you have already successfully established a product idea on the market, e.g. as an innovation, product or marketing manager, as an entrepreneur or part of a start-up, as a venture capitalist or consultant in a design or innovation agency
- You live the lean startup and design thinking principles and already have experience with sprint and workshop conception and moderation
- Professional appearance and strong presentation experience
- Structured, independent work and systematic, analytical and interdisciplinary thinking skills
- Practical experience in project management and in the application of management methods such as Kano model / Business Model Canvas / Design Thinking desirable
- Authentic, curious personality with an open mindset
- Reliability, resilience and willingness to continuously develop
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
SAP, Tableau, SAC, Qlik View, Salesforce and VBA knowledge is an advantage - Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, further language skills are an advantage
