Creative Director (m/f/d)

You're an art-based Creative Director who combines conceptual know-how with digital design expertise. You have 8+ years of experience and are a proven manager who nurtures their team.You will create memorable, exciting campaigns from ideation to execution, for a large, global, modern healthcare brand. You have experience working across all channels, with an emphasis on digital.
Your tasks:
  • Build a strong foundation upon our newly refreshed brand guidelines
  • Evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind our company’s brand and brand guidelines
  • Inspire creativity within the group and your direct reports
  • Manage multiple projects at a time
  • Present work to stakeholders
  • Communicate a point of view on visual, industry-specific trends and actively bring those references and trends to the team
  • Provide third-party vendors with creative direction/art direction
  • Bring the brand vision and voice to life across all channels
  • Create design systems for our global campaigns, suite of products, and internal initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative designers
  • Work with copywriter to develop visual identity strategies for ongoing marketing campaigns for both internal and external use
  • Reviewing, critiquing and guiding work generated by the team.  Review all with Sr. Director, Creative for buy in
  • Provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, social media and graphic design projects including execution of global campaigns
Your profile:
  • Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design or a successfully completed study in a similar field
  • 8-10+ years as a Creative Director or Senior-level Creative role, including building and leading a large creative team
  • B2B experience is essential.  B2B healthcare experience a plus 
  • Strategic understanding of current trends within experience design, marketing, branding, digital product design and agile methodologies and ability to translate into impactful creative solutions
  • Super organized and agile: You understand process but know how to be flexible
  • Omnichannel thinker and innovation lover
  • Expert level in most all Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Experience in Censhare DAM a huge plus
  • Experience in Crossbase a plus
  • Be a great visual storyteller, both in print and digital execution
  • Fluency in understanding and interpreting strategy and developing initial concepts
  • good German language skills desirable
