Senior Manager Global Business Continuity (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • Comprehensive development and application of organizational and programmatic Business Continuity and Crisis management policies, plans, protocols and supportive resources and training within a holistic operational risk management framework
  • Maintaining and expanding the scope, priorities and plans for the Business Continuity Management Program, including all components of business continuity lifecycle
  • Identifying, assessing and gaining support to manage inherent continuity risks in collaboration with the Risk Management department
  • Providing direction and help create/maintain a team of identified Business Unit Continuity Site Managers/Admins develop and manage their Site Business Continuity Programs
  • Presenting and discussing methodologies, requirement and strategies for continuity/disaster recovery planning with executive management
  • Developing a measurement evaluation tool to monitor and support program readiness
  • Establishing and executing a Business Continuity Testing Program
 
Your profile:
  • Completed studies University degree
  • Five years leading Business Continuity initiatives desirable
  • Certified in Business Continuity CBCP or equivalent
  • FEMA NIMS / ICS or European Disaster & Emergency Management certified
  • Clear understanding of the British Standards Institution (BSI)
  • Exceptional Knowledge with contingency planning initiatives
  • Familiar with IT DR processes and able to assess BC plans
  • Working knowledge of the BCP ISO 22301
  • Very good PC user knowledge (Microsoft Office), SAP knowledge is required
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong project management, communication skills, organizational skills, quality and service orientation
  • Independent, analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel (20%) and off-hour support on site
