Technical Coordinator Integration (m/w/d)

Your Mission

• You process and take over the follow-up of service cases for the product field operation room (2nd level, service management) 

• Reproduction of customer requests (simulation & use of knowledge database

• Technically leading maintenance of software related articles in the knowledge base

• Participation in development projects in the network and integration product field

• Interface between end customers, development, product management and sales 

• Participate in the creation, coordination, and execution of the end zser, dealer, and colleague training

Your Talents

• Successfully completed vocational training in the IT/Network field, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, medical technician or comparable training or professional experience
• Preferably ecperience in healthcare IT (DICOM & HL7)
• High degree of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills as well as high organizational skills
• Service oriented approach
• Professional handling of critical customer inquiries 
• Secure IT understanding and interest in digital challenges 
• Very good written and spoken German and English 
• Interest in working in international teams
