PMO Manager (m/f/d) Focus Tool & Reporting

Your Mission

• You take responsibility for the sustainable application and further development of the respective project management process and its standards 
• The application, administration and maintenance of the project management system is part of your daily tasks 
• ServiceNow (and MS Project Server if applicable) project administration and maintenance, e.g. global user support and the implementation of technical solutions 
• You create content, coordinate and lead tool training sessions
• You will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports using SQL and Excel 
• You support project controlling, project maintenance and the agile methodology
• You will be responsible for managing general and day-to-day PMO tasks 

Your Talents

• Academic degree in a commercial or technical field or an equivalent course of study 
• Several years of specialist professional experience, preferably in a regulated industry or in the field of medical devices 
• Experience in project management and portfolio management as well as strong knowledge of project management methods
• Experience in the education and training of adults 
• Ability to quickly understand new technical environments and dependencies 
• Good knowledge in the conception and creation of meaningful project reports and decision papers
• Very good written and spoken English skills
