Your Mission

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming clients projects and Key Business Enablers segments (KBE) and be a subject matter expert and internal/external Orchestrator
  • Support and prepare internal communication optimizations in order to streamline external requests
  • Identify training needs for the sales organizations to promote KBE/KAM and new business models 
  • In conjunction with the Deal Desk, GOM and Innendienst Sales Germany departments, prepare and deliver sales training for the roll-out of new business models and KBE segment presentations
  • Identify and create sales support information for local sales and marketing to utilize during sales promotion of KBE and new business models
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the Global Sales Development teams on solution-market fit and project FAQ´s
  • Provide voice of the customer feedback to facilitate a customer-centric approach to internal stakeholders 
  • Share best practice between subsidiaries, distributors and internal stakeholders
  • Record, collect and distribute information about the market and competitor business models and project forecast
  • Be a pro-active "Care-Taker" towards the client, know his needs and provide product-, service- and solution-knowledge
  • Travel 35-75 % of the Time 

 

Your Talents

  • 4-6 years experience in a sales/marketing role ideally in a position that required the creation and management of strategic Key Accounts
  • Experience of working in the Medical Technology sector 
  • Degree in business administration, engineering or technical/scientific field or Alternatively, education (commercial or technical) with relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of technology sales processes
  • High interest and basic knowledge in medical technology industry
  • High interest and basic knowledge in managing important Key Accounts (regionally, functionally, named accounts)
  • MS-Office knowledge
  • Ability to work calmy under pressure 
  • Strong team player and able to work co-operatively with different internal departments 
  • Fluent in business English
