Duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the implementation, management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) (SuccessFactors/SAP)
  • Providing an interface to HR, IT and other departments that offer learning content to employees
  • Training and assisting LMS administrators worldwide
  • Implementing the LMS gradually worldwide
  • Overseeing the change process within the context of process control
  • Preparation and presentation of analyses and reports
  • Establishing relationships and promoting positive interaction with LMS and O&LD at KARL STORZ
  • Continuous comparing of best practices and new technical learning methods with existing O&LD measures
  • Collaboration and coordination of LMS and learning activities with our colleagues in North America
 
Qualifications, skills and experience must include:
  • Completed study in the field of media education, didactic design, adult education, business pedagogy or a similar discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in an internationally operating medium-sized industrial company
  • Experience in the management and development of LMS and e-Learning modules
  • Previous experience in working with Learning Module and Talent Space from SucessFactors and MS SharePoint is an advantage
  • Profound experience in change and project management
  • Strong affinity with new technical learning methods and formats
  • Independent, analytical, structured and problem-solving working method
  • Creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent German skills and outstanding English skills
  • Willingness to travel approx. 15%
